This janitor’s name is Lou. I remember because Kwan addresses him. Okay so I just googled “Degrassi janitor lou” to make sure he didn’t have a last name or anything else I need to know. And lo and behold, there’s a janitor in DJH referred to as Lou! He was in “The Experiment”. (Yes, they do mention that it may not be a coincidence that a later janitor is called Louella.) But like, did they do this on purpose, naming TNG janitor Lou? Or, could it be the same guy? That would be amazing. Anyway, so he’s here in his work coveralls and his DCS badge.
