Rather than splitting the old crew up, here’s a little look at some of the attendees. I’m disappointed this is basically all we get of them, but there are some deleted scenes I’ll share shots of later on. You’ll see Kathleen, Diana, Rainbow, Yick, Trish, Liz, Joy, and I did see Simon but I was unable to grab a picture. Let me tell you, when I first watched all this, I had never seen DJH or DH. Then, after watching them, I came back to this episode on an average rewatch and suddenly my mind was blown that I recognized so many people!

You gotta admit, it was kind of surprising to find out that Kathleen is experienced in marijuana. But it does make a lot of sense to learn that her ex taught her how. I do love the juxtaposition of her scrunchie-bound bun, tucked in shirt, and pleated khakis with her lawbreaking activity. So yeah, as you know, Melanie spills ALL THE TEA on Kathleen (who acts really weird when high, by the way), and, here are Kathleen’s pajamas, I guess, And the next school day, she’s in all blue. Because Melanie made her feel blue. The end!

Kathleen’s hair is gorgeous, you can’t deny it. She’s got a cute new haircut – actually, she had it last episode too but I just didn’t notice at the time. She’s also dressed a bit differently, wearing this cute floral top. Like the other girls, she’s gushing over the romance of two bland old people being married for a boring length of time.

It’s so sad that basically we never see Kathleen have fun. Well, I have loved seeing her stand up to Scott. She is amazingly strong. The first outfit is very reminiscent of jr. high Kathleen – a plaid blouse and a peasant skirt. Then, for that unglamorous Canadian winter carwash, she wears some giant overalls. She chases Scott away in a blue sweater, khaki slacks, black headband, and those signature Kathleen shoes. Unfortunately Scott can’t take no for an answer like a real man can, so the next time we see Kathleen she’s in a sling and we almost can’t even perform a fashion analysis.
