Okay, Kathleen’s ensembles aren’t exactly “kickers”, but I’m welcome to alliteration suggestions. To kick things off, Kathleen is looking prim and proper in her long sleeve button downs with skirts and headbands.
Kathleen then presents the truth, the blunt, ugly, harsh truth – a truth as blunt, harsh, and ugly as the striped colors of her blouse.

Just one little Kathleen snippet for you – her outfit at the dance. I thought it was worth including. The lighting may be influencing this, but it looks like she’s wearing a pink skirt with her school sweater. Complete with some grey socks.

Kathleen shamelessly promotes herself, finally upgrading to some more approachable colors of purple, blue, and green, while maintaining her usual skirt + turtleneck formula.

Time for everyone’s favorite little ray of sunshine, Kathleen.
Kathleen is taking notes, no doubt all up in someone else’s business, wearing a light blue sweater with a large white diamond pattern across the front. She completes the look with a sensible ponytail.
Okay, Kathleen is turnin’ it up a notch for the dance I see! She’s got on a white top with ruffly layers, an updo, and dangly earrings. She cleans up nice.

DJH S2E12: He’s Back…

Wow, I uploaded this picture and was like “WHOA it’s Kathleen’s butt!” Obviously it draws the most attention in this shot, but the butt is not the purpose of this photo. We will go from the bottom up in this outfit review – light blue trousers, a grey and teal striped sweater (these pants and top are sort of a weird color combo), a white collar and a ribbon in her ponytail.
This white turtleneck with teal and navy argyle designs is a perfect portrayal of Kathleen’s personality.
Wait, I take that back. This BROWN little house on the prairie dress might be the perfect manifestation of Kathleen as a garment.

Kathleen is telling Melanie like it is, sporting a pale blue v-neck sweater over a patterned button down and what seems to be a burgundy skirt.
I forgot the exact reason why Kathleen is sneering in this pic, but it’s still cracking me up. Her checkered top is hard to make out, but here ya go.

DJH S2E7: Bottled Up
Aired: 1988
At the start of the episode, Kathleen is wearing an awesome button down top with a childlike color combo of stripes: red, yellow, and blue. She’s got a red mid-length pencil skirt to match. Also, I didn’t clearly capture it, but she’s got 2 berets/hair clips in her hair. Interesting. I remember doubling up on half-ponytails with hair ties, but not clips.
Next, she wears the same skirt again, with her signature white socks and black loafer things, and she tops it all of with a red and checkered shirt and red headband. In my high school, she might have been sent to the office for wearing “excessive color” (yes, that was a thing, apparently a gang symbol we wanted to avoid).
In more excessive color as she tries to get her drunkass mom to come to Quest for the Best, Kathleen wears a blue and white striped shirt tucked into a blue peasant skirt, topped with a white headband.
And lastly, Kathleen wears the light yellow top we saw her (and Steph) wearing earlier this season. With a ponytail that says IDGAF anymore.
