So yeah, Max ______ wears these crazy short shorts on the reg. It’s almost obscene. Gah, if boys still tucked their t-shirts into their short shorts.
He also sports a dressy yellow sweater with blue rings and collar, and a striped orange t-shirt. This boy just looks like he’s up to no good. And he isn’t. You may recall that this is the episode where he peer-pressures Scooter into smoking cigarettes to be cool.

Okay, seriously. Seriously. This is like the same pattern I saw on Scooter in this episode. This outfit is so… NOT Luke! But I love it, it’s so awful!
The next ensemble, of yellow and orange, is a little more typical for Luke.

Lucy was walking in front of the characters talking in this scene, so of course she’s super up close (yay) but out of focus (boo). She’s got a blue ruffly peasant top on, tucked into some high-waisted jeans. She’s accessorized with a big watch and a gold bangle. Ever since I had on a blue shirt with blue jeans, and someone told me that was too much blue, I’ve avoided blue shirts with jeans. How sad!

Not much Liz for you this episode, but I did catch her in her blue and red tank, layered over a white tank. She’s got black shorts on, and what looks to be her combat boots with fluffy white socks.

Kathleen’s mom has a busy schedule of stumbling around and passing out, and that requires a comfortable wardrobe. We see her wearing an assortment of oversized shirts and peasant skirts to allow for comfortable blackouts.

At the start of the episode, Kathleen is wearing an awesome button down top with a childlike color combo of stripes: red, yellow, and blue. She’s got a red mid-length pencil skirt to match. Also, I didn’t clearly capture it, but she’s got 2 berets/hair clips in her hair. Interesting. I remember doubling up on half-ponytails with hair ties, but not clips.
Next, she wears the same skirt again, with her signature white socks and black loafer things, and she tops it all of with a red and checkered shirt and red headband. In my high school, she might have been sent to the office for wearing “excessive color” (yes, that was a thing, apparently a gang symbol we wanted to avoid).
In more excessive color as she tries to get her drunkass mom to come to Quest for the Best, Kathleen wears a blue and white striped shirt tucked into a blue peasant skirt, topped with a white headband.
And lastly, Kathleen wears the light yellow top we saw her (and Steph) wearing earlier this season. With a ponytail that says IDGAF anymore.

The twins are both wearing black and white today. But it was nearly impossible to capture it. I did manage this one image of Erica in this t-shirt with a giant face on it. I don’t know if this face is supposed to be someone in particular, because I am no 80s expert just yet. She completes the look with a head scarf, white jeans, and white and black tennies.

Like BLT, Doris sports a lot of yellow this episode. To me this looks like the same exact shirt, with the same exact gold earrings, and just different scarves.
