I became very excited when I realized…. I think Snake is wearing an Iron Maiden shirt!!! I was so excited in fact, that I didn’t even notice his black and white checkered shorts!
And this? May be Snake’s best. Perhaps I’ll release a “best of” when I’m done with all this. I mean, what can I even say here? Own it, Snake.

Melanie wears a big old white short sleeved button down with that dissheveled collar thing going on. She also has some sort of a skinny, loosened tie on? I can’t quite make it out. And let’s not forget the…. you guessed it! Peasant skirt.
Perhaps Melanie’s first day in a bra shouldn’t have been in a tiny crop top. Regardless, she looks super cute in a pale pink cropped tee and high-waisted long beige skirt.
After the day of teasing, Mel reverts back to her old style. Red plaid button down, that scarf-tie thing, peasant skirt, and a red headband.

LD has got a tomboy vibe going on: Yellow cap, unbuttoned plaid overshirt, cut off shorts, and hi-top chucks. Love.
Also, I really admire this red & white striped shirt. She matches it with white shorts, those chucks again, and her yellow cap.

Joey, hitting on Steph and being a general perv. However we do get a closeup of that straw fedora – wait is that even a thing? Am I supposed to be calling it something else? I don’t know.

***Okay, minor side note here. Did you know the actor who played Jason… killed a guy?? Yeah. Look it up.
Anyway, the fashion choices above don’t reflect Jason’s taste; but he just happened to be wearing these Degrassi jerseys I simply love. I am shocked I can’t find these anywhere.
Oh yeah, and Jason’s shorts… Wat.
Here we get a sense of Jason’s…weird.. style:yellow tank, and flowered Hawaiian shorts that really look like swim trunks.

We don’t see Caitlin too much in this episode, but luckily we get a little glimpse of more of her fashionable choices. She wears a blue zebra striped sleeveless top over a white turtleneck sleeveless top. With it she wears a big belt around her tiny waist, and a white skirt.

Above, Alexa is reading while walking in some cute white shorts, and a big orange collared sweatshirt. Even though her style is simple, there’s something I really like about it.
This ensemble is a little more exciting. White longer shorts are paired with a collared sleeveless button down white shirt covered with fruit… Weird but hey! I’m pretty sure I had some clothing with fruit on it in the early 90s.

Time to examine the fashion choices of Lil’ Miss Butthurt: Voula.
Collars, long sleeves, and peasant skirts again. And somehow for school picture day, she manages to cover herself even MORE. Maybe to make up for all the skin Steph elected to show.

Tim wears some pretty wild stuff sometimes. I must admit that the first 8 times I watched DJH I did not notice these polka dotty shorts. Like OMG. Sadly I don’t know if anyone could get away with these nowadays. But if you see it happen, PLEASE let me know.
I’ve read that this keyboard tie was one of the defining fashion items of the 80s. I guess Tim is on top of the trends.
