Oh. Not really sure why I took this and saved it, or why I’m posting it now. Once again, the DJH hallways are drastically unsafely darkened. Not only can the children not walk, we also can’t really see this turtleneck black and red sweater on Michelle.

Melanie delivers.. Melanie realness… in a typical floral button down with a tie and sort of a bad hair day. Then, turnt up for the party, she too seems to have borrowed her dad’s jacket which she wears over a poppin’ green sweater.

So, as usual we see Lucy in that red military/marching band jacket, which is cool – I like to see people on TV wear the same jacket all the time, since that IS their jacket, you know? Like, don’t you just have one main jacket? That you wear when it’s cold? Makes sense! For the party she wears this cool black and gold outfit with a gold headband and giant dangly earrings. And finally, we see her in another signature jacket, the one with cartoons all over it. I actually stumbled upon the name of the artist who I think is on this jacket, idk why I didn’t save the name.

Wow, what would life be like if Liz went to parties? What does she even do with her spare time anyway? If 1989 were 2017, she’d surely be fear-mongering on the internet and posting those pictures of abused animal gore on her timelines and feeds. Well, thank God it’s 1989 and all we have to put up with is Liz walking down the hall in some black pants, and a pink sweater, almost implying she’s a cheerful person or something.

I mean, LD might not dress like Lucy or Stephanie Kaye but I think she’s adorable AF. As usual we see her in these skinny jeans… I don’t know what they were called back then. Cigarette jeans? I say it time and time again but I am totally unqualified to run such a blog as this. She keeps the general tomboy vibe going here, though I do miss the plaid and baseball caps.

Remember when Kathleen pressures Melanie to get Kathleen invited to that grade 9 party? Awkward! And then she doesn’t even have fun! So first, Kathleen is in a blue top, sorry about the horrible usual backlighting, and then thanks to a kind streetlight, we see what Kathleen wears to the party – more blue, and some jacket that looks like her dad’s.

Oh hey, look! Joy was at the party! And she helps clean up, unlike SOME people. I’m surprised she was allowed to wear this monochromatic striped tee without taking away attention from the twins!

Well I’ll be darned. It looks like Joey got a new shirt. How about that. Joey struts around in this snot-green shirt with giant white flowers all over it. Pairs it with a light denim vest and a grey fedora.

Heather is dressed predictably, of course. First she wears that stripedy sweater we’ve seen for years now. Then is a new sweatshirt that.. maybe I haven’t seen before! It’s white with black 3D rectangles doodled all over it. Kinda cool. Well, anything can be cool when the twins are wearing it!
