I know Joanne played a crucial role toward the end of DH, but when you really observe Joanne in the background before all that, she’s kind of a gossiper, rumor mongerer, a meddler if you will. Look at her! She’s probably gossiping right now! She’s super eager later on to peer out the window and watch Heather and Wheels’s romantic entanglement too. Anyway, we are here about the clothes. Joanne typically has a pretty plain style – t-shirts, denim and the like, so no surprises here.

Heather is vibrant as ever – this is HER episode. She’s really kind of experimenting beyond the confines of straight black and white. First she adds pops of oranges and pinks to her black and white outfit. And then, of course, for the party, she reminds me of the Little Mermaid (although I know the green should be at the bottom and the purple up top). I think it’s a really cute and fun outfit, which she tops off with a high pony. As high as her hopes for the purpose of the party – to score Wheels. The next morning she wears a giant easter-egg-purple tee, and then that dreaded Monday, she wears a black tank and a white and black patterned skirt.
What do you think about this situation of Heather’s pursuit of Wheels? Do you think she forced things? I thought the attraction was there. Honestly, I’m really truly unclear as to why Wheels doesn’t like her. Why did he just back out like that? We’ve never even seen him into anybody but Steph. I know everyone doesn’t have to be dating in high school, but come on… I was totally rooting for Wheels and Heather… or, Wheather as you young people would say.

YES, here we are. Erica. My love, my princess, in a totally hetero way or whatever. There aren’t many shots here today, no, but I am very proud of the shots I do have today. For once the lighting is working in our favor. The trend continues – Erica is dressing a bit more “cheery” than she was at the beginning of this season. First, some black and white checkers and magenta accents, and for the party, she tries not to outdo her colorful sister, and sticks to black and white polka dots. The next morning she looks gorgeous even in a fuzzy pink bathrobe, and then that dreaded Monday she’s wearing a striped tee and a blue scarf. Angel.

OMG I am loving this Diana collection today. First she wears that yellow Stephanie Kaye shirt with a periwinkle peasant skirt… but THEN, oh god, I am dying for this purple blazer. Literally, where is this blazer now? Is it in someone’s closet? Is it in a thrift store? Is it in a landfill? Shoot, it’s just the coolest thing. And if the blazer alone wasn’t enough, Diana continues to dazzle our eyes with colors – a yellow skirt, and a multicolored blouse, and white shoes. That is a true 80s queen right there folks. And the last shot is just a regular old blue shirt.

BLT is wearing… a DIY sweatshirt – haha that sounds silly. BLT is wearing a sky blue sweatshirt with its sleeves cut off and a giant slit right down the front.

Our next stop – Just Friends, one of my favorite episodes! As much as I’d like to jump right into the aesthetic of Heather and Erica, we must first analyze Bartholomew Bond, looking as Barty as ever, with a long sleeve shirt, some shorts, tube socks, and white shoes. Oh and the yellow plastic pretend suitcase that’s probably full of Monopoly money.

This is pretty blurry, but I had to include this little shot of trendy Trudi sporting a vest and what looks like shaved sides!
