This Liz outfit is super cute, but unfortunately this is the best look at it that we can get. She wears a blue tank over a white tank, with a ruffly skirt and lacy tights. Adorable! And she’s doing that weird ponytail thing to grow out her Chelsea I guess.

I’m proud to bring you something a little different today: nude Joey and PSA Joey all in one episode. First, though, we have this nice sky blue shirt + grey vest combo, followed by a classic Joey orange + green combo. Now it’s time for the streak through the caf. Joey first covers up with this hilariously huge and cartoon-like trenchcoat, a must for any streaker or hustler. Then, for the first time ever, we see Joey wearing only a hat. And finally, enjoy the brief moments of visual clarity for the PSA. Joey’s blossoming mullet is so nice and fluffy, and he wears this NON-Joey-like bulky purple sweatshirt. The brand is Chip and Pepper. I think they do jeans. And as of a few years ago, Chip and Pepper still exists because they were carried in this store I used to work at called Belk.

I like the role Joanne plays in AIDS education. BUT. She’s kind of a brat about it. She’s a little combative and condescending. I understand why she would be, especially since she’s sick of the misinformation and stereotyping that comes from the ignorance. But she kinda just barks facts out at everyone. Later of course, she becomes a great example, but we will get to it when we get to it. Joanne is actually a little more dressed up than normal, with her hair did and some pretty earrings in.

Erica handles that greasy opened condom with her bare hands, but she looks like a goddess as usual with this polka dot sweetheart top and a high-waisted skirt. But maybe condoms weren’t pre-lubed in the 80s. So maybe it wasn’t slimy. And the next ensemble is heavenly as well, another combo of polka dots and stripes.

Sooo… here she is. The other woman. What’s her name again? Bambi? No, just kidding y’all. This is Cindy. And Cindy actually seems like an alright gal. I am an evolved woman because I do not steer my hate toward Cindy – BLT is the one to blame. Cindy waaaas a little smug when she was telling her friend that BLT finally broke up with Michelle. But other than that, she seems perfectly pleasant. Anyway, Cindy is always dressed like a cyclist or a gymnast or something, I don’t know. She’s always in this awesome 80s athletic attire. So here she is in this turquoise spandex suit.
Also, have you guys noticed that Cindy is like the default name when they can’t think of another name to give someone on this show? And seriously, this gal doesn’t even look like a Cindy.

Soooo this is not a Caitlin episode but she does give the AIDS PSA at the end. First she’s in this peachy sweater and these jeans with some kind of stripe down the side, which honestly kind of reminds me of the 90s, which probably were a revival of the 70s, but I’m no expert on fashion, I’m just making this uninformed blog. Anyway let’s move on to this PSA segment. I find it really exciting because the video and lighting quality of DH improves drastically just for this brief moment. I am eternally perplexed about this outfit so I am glad to finally be able to talk about it. Why is Caitlin’s tee shirt inside out? Why? Was it the only shirt she had at the time and they made her turn it inside out so it wouldn’t be distracting for the PSA? This may be even more distracting. Nonetheless, 80s kids know how to dress up a tee shirt, and they sure do know jeans!

Well, it’s a new school year, and BLT has decided he wants a new woman. Only problem is, he’s still got the old one hanging on. I was 100% pro-BLT thus far. I’m sure I’m not alone when I say that well, when BLT broke Michelle’s heart, he broke mine too. Because everything I thought of him came crumbling down. I realize feelings fade, but I didn’t want his feelings for Michelle to fade. Plus he went about this all wrong. Anyway, he is sneaking around the schoolyard with Cindy in some brown overall things. Then he tries to avoid Michelle in the hall in a John S Roberts school tee.
