The short-shorts guy, who, forgive me if I’m wrong, I believe is named Samir, is actually wearing pants today! Those nice, thick, wider-leg pants with a grey long sleeved polo.

Time for the randos!

This kid in the hall is wearing an orange patterned sweater with some blue pants that look a bit bluer than blue jeans.

And although he doesn’t really qualify as a character, I had to include one of LD’s pinup guys, you know, to give you an impression of the ideal man of the 80s. And what do you call that thing he’s wearing – a banana hammock?

Pearls galore on the detention teacher lady. We’ve also seen her in the resource center. In real life, she was the cast’s on-set tutor. This was told to me by the lovely Colleen Lam, who portrayed Vivian Wong. I am lucky enough to have her attention on Instagram.

These. These two fools are the jerks who are trying to get Spike removed from school. Look at that lady’s mean and nasty face. She’s saying “That girl is NOT staying at Degrassi!” (Have I seen this too many times?) She’s wearing a brown trenchcoat thing to hide any clues that she may have a figure under there. For good measure, a big old skirt, and a buttoned blouse closed up tight to the neck with a big bow so everyone knows she’s super straight-laced.

This is Mr. Raditch a few seconds before he shoots down Caitlin’s article. Nothing real exciting, just sporting the white shirt with a grey skinny tie.

This is probably the biggest Nancy spread I’ve been able to do so far!

First, Nancy is wearing a fluffy multicolored sweater with a yellow collared undershirt. As always, she’s got on some super mature square earrings that may or may not be clip ons.

Nancy displays her school spirit by matching her school sweater with a peach button down and long khaki skirt.

Now have you ever seen a kinder smile? We get to see a bit of Nancy’s wooly jacket, with a pink scarf. And we get a great view of those mom earrings.

Melanie’s attire this episode is definitely no surprise. Checkered shirts, peasant skirts, and ties in the usual array of slightly unfeminine hues of blue, green, or red.

Luke is loitering around sketchily in this orange striped polo, which looks a lot like something Yick would wear.

Lucy is cool as usual in this red and white striped sweater. Reminds me of a candy cane.

Wow, it’s time for Liz to get a haircut. The Chelsea is looking a little fluffy. Anyway, time to break down this outfit. It’s a little more complex than what we’ve seen Liz in so far. But I’m happy for her style to evolve. As much as I hate her character, I love her wardrobe. Alright so she’s got a base of a long sleeved black tee. Over it she wears a black and red checkered vest – sufficiently punk rock. She accessorizes with a subtle silver chain necklace, and a loud studded belt. Now for the skirt. It’s got a pattern of random squares in colors of orange and olive green. I can’t say I’m a fan of this skirt, it looks like a rug I have on my kitchen floor. But I admire her bravery in wearing mismatched patterns and colors. And finally, Liz completes it all with some black leggings.

It’s no surprise to see Liz in a white tee, jeans, and black boots. But again, she’s gotten more creative with this same formula. She wears this giant decorative belt which has a leather aesthetic. It’s red and has corset lacing. Pretty cool. She also wears a purple jacket over it. Nice to see Liz getting a little more experimental. Hang on, everyone. High school is a’comin. And that’s when stuff gets really interesting.
