Next is an Ellie lookalike – except she looks way scarier and meaner than Ellie – and also a dude wearing a jacket with stripes down the sleeve. Then just a few more random shots of random people, etc. I like including these miscellaneous shots because I think they do such a good job representing how regular kids really dressed in these days.

This is an iconic JT story – when he has his famous wet dream over Liberty. But first we see him ignoring Toby to be tolerated by Paige, wearing his new outfit formula of an open shirt over a tee, baggy pants, and his shaggy 2000s boy haircut. But for his wet dream, we get a little bit of that classic JT look, in a flame shirt and slick shades. And then Toby humiliates him at school, and he’s wearing more of the usual.

Haha, I went crazy with the Jay screenshotting. I got excited, okay?! This is a thrilling episode for me. I LOVE this baggy clothes, backwards-hat vibe. First, I wanted to feature his car, because that IS fashion in a way. He is wearing a black windbreaker, a blue tee, a cross body bag, headphones around his neck, cool shades, big fat tennis shoes, and a backwards hat. The next ‘fit is basically the same thing but all black this time, with a red v-neck collar. And lastly, all black for real.
It sounds sarcastic when I say it, but I can’t believe a character SO COOL appeared in a show as historically dorky as Degrassi. I say that with affection, okay? I’m the one who’s been blogging about this dorky show for 6 years.
