This episode is definitely Melanie’s best moment. LOL, jk. So as usual, she’s dressed for the 5th grade sock hop, with scarves in her hair and the usual 50s-inspired ensembles. For the slumber party, she wears PJs of pink stripes. And then she just destroys Kathleen’s life with one sentence. And giggles about it. Not one of these girls was a cool pothead. Except Diana.

Maya. my sweet angel, I wish she had her own storyline real bad. BUT, at least we get to see her smoke pot today, so that’s pretty cool. First, we see her in a vest and an orange tee. Then, for Diana’s party, she wears this long sleeve with like, a bird and a plant on it, with some giant pearls and hoops. And her pajamas are by far the cutest of the party, baby blue and topped with that adorable bow on her head and a teddy bear. The perfect weed smoking outfit. And finally, she returns to school in this pastel sweater. The more I think about it, the more Maya really had style.

For the all-nighter, it’s Luke’s house where the boys convene to gamble. Luke wears a tee and a jean jacket. But I’m more interested in the next outfit. A freakin pink shirt and overalls and high tops. That is awesome.

You gotta admit, it was kind of surprising to find out that Kathleen is experienced in marijuana. But it does make a lot of sense to learn that her ex taught her how. I do love the juxtaposition of her scrunchie-bound bun, tucked in shirt, and pleated khakis with her lawbreaking activity. So yeah, as you know, Melanie spills ALL THE TEA on Kathleen (who acts really weird when high, by the way), and, here are Kathleen’s pajamas, I guess, And the next school day, she’s in all blue. Because Melanie made her feel blue. The end!

First, Diana wears this greyish blueish top with her hair down. Next is a blue and yellow checkered top with yellow hoops. She gets high as a kite in her pink pajamas, and then the next school day talks about how she didn’t feel a thing. But she looks super cute in this last outfit, a pink skirt and a floral top.

Oh Caitlin, wouldn’t even try one puff of the green. But maybe a lot of us can see a little bit of ourselves in Caitlin. Well, maybe not the smart fashionable heart-throb bit, but maybe the shy, impressionable, and scared bit. This never crossed my mind until just now, but maybe Caitlin didn’t want to try it, because she has already been in legal trouble! She should have just thrown that out, like “Sorry, I’m on probation.” That would have put her right back on top as the coolest girl at the party. ANYWAY. Let’s get on to the fashion.
First, the girls are conspiring before class – Caitlin wears a shoulderpadded pink blouse, khaki pencil skirt, and maroon vest. While getting ready for the party, she wears a peachy tee, dark vest, floral skirt, and an updo. OH and one hoop earring and one stud. I still think that is such a ridiculous trend yet I somehow want to do it myself. My grandma actually says she does that, to go out in public, to see if anyone will tell her she’s wearing mismatched earrings. But no one does. Anyway, we’re back. It appears the ClearTech shirt is being passed around Degrassi High. Caitlin’s legacy for the ClearTech tee is refusal to try a little weed. And then, the next day, I like seriously love this outfit – a peach button down, dark tie, and mom jeans, lookin like a queen.
