Hazel here is of course Paige’s sidekick as Paige decides to “go for” the teacher. Haze has some memorable looks in this episode though. First for yoga class she wears this gorgeous athletic set fearing a halter neckline top. I also LOVE the outfit she wears to go to the club – this off the shoulder green and pink floral top, complete with shimmery eyeshadow and a blingy necklace. We saw her wear this top before, for Ghost in the Machine I think.
Ellie is giving us some sage advice like, don’t ever trust a man or he’ll stomp on your heart and leave you with the rent. I mean, we don’t know the full details here but that WAS kinda shitty. I bet Sean asked if she wanted to take over the lease or if he should help pay and she was like “nah I got it.” Who knows though. Anyway, we can’t really see her outfit, but her hair is down and pretty, her makeup is light, and she’s got layers of black, mesh, and metal within her outfit.
Here’s Craig’s super-expensive “Fender-Strat!” as Joey calls it. Also Craig wears a series of outfits which I will just describe in a general manner. Leather bracelet, leather jacket, jean jacket, assorted graphic tees, and though not pictured, undoubtedly some wide leg jeans and Chucks. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I admire Craig’s style at this point because it’s realistic teenager rocker guy attire. Subtle. REAL.
Ah yes, Charlie. Not to be confused with Fiona’s Charlie who we will meet much later. This is Mr. O’s girlfriend, and she is HOT. She’s way too hot for Mr. O actually. She’s got this golden brown hair, sultry shimmery 00s makeup, and a red tank. And she is suave too – or as JT would say, “swav-ay”.
Tons of Ashley for ya today. And this is really embarrassing Ashley time. She’s just like, part of this band, hanging with the guys, thinking she’s welcome, but actually everyone hates her. That is so sad to me. Maybe because I used to hang out with a high school boyfriend and all his friends, thinkin I was so cool and totally one of the guys, but I was secretly afraid they were like “get her outta here!” She’s just in there with her keyboard, having opinions and stuff, and all the guys are resenting her. Cringe! Ashley never really fully belonged, did she? Even when she was with like Paige and Terri around this time, there was this weird friction. Even her Ellie friendship became tangential and not really cohesive with either of their lives. In actuality, Ashley is kind of a loner, isn’t she? Maybe we’ll just call her independent. Let’s get into the clothes now. Ah, the layers. First is a pink shirt layered under a grey shirt with some light wash jeans. Then is a t-ball tee – this kind of thing was super popular – wearing a shirt that had nothing to do with anything about you. Next is a fushia tee under a grey khaki lokin blazer thing, with a jean skirt and leggings. And finally, she gets kicked out of the recording session by the cowards of Downtown Sasquatch, and wears a jean jacket with casual olive khakis. She took it like a champ though, for real.
New episode, and here is Alex, fully recovered from causing the end of the world! She’s busy with other things now – namely, Paige having a crush on their teacher I think. Here she is in this brown polyester work uniform.
