Welcome to the next episode – The Mating Game! As you may remember, this is the episode where Ashley and Jimmy plan to do the deed, and as fate would have it, we get to kick things off with Ashley herself! First, she wears a headband, hoops, a white v-neck tee, and a random cross necklace. Then, she’s got a dark red tank, grey pants, more hoops, and she’s beginning to fume as Paige tries to mess with her a little bit after being cast as the Juliet to Jimmy’s Romeo. Then, she wears a pale purple polo, the perfect top to seduce your boyfriend in. But then she dresses up for the real deed – the “best laid plans” if you will. She wears a navy and red tank dress that may very well be Tommy Hilfiger. But of course by the next school day, she’s still a virgin, and wearing that orange camo tank.

Tracker really tried for parents day it seems. He’s wearing a long sleeve tee in a deep green color, and some khakis. A LITTLE more cleaned up than usual, I appreciate the effort. Although I’m already tired of these muted dark 2000s colors I see on everyone. And he does yell at Emma, which is just, really freaking weird. Should have been a deleted scene.

I guess this is the only time we see Toby’s mom, but here she is, with red hair, a khaki suit, and a patterned blouse, another generally dried-out color scheme. But hey! Her eyebrows qualify for the “skinny eyebrows” category here on broomheadz! Another one for the books.

Toby’s dad’s hair is kinda gelled and he’s wearing a shirt that looks like it came from the art museum’s gift shop. He cleans up for parents day, donning an all grey outfit. Okay, it’s not really all grey, but it might as well be. Honestly I didn’t realize how little color we wore in the 2000s until blogging about DTNG.

First, Toby wears a v–neck navy blue tee. Then we see him waiting with his dad on parents day, with a checkered button down, open over a tee with that horizontal stripe that goes across the chest, a classic look. And the last ‘fit is where Toby is getting in trouble for creating that fake letter from Snake. He’s wearing a red tee with some dark ribbing down the shoulders. Ribbing? Is that the word? Tubing? Ugh, I suck at this.

Terri is being so kind and patient while her self-absorbed friends are rattling on about being discovered for how talented and hot they are. So first, she’s just wearing a tank, zip up hoodie, and that unfinished ponytail. For parents day itself, she’s wearing a tank, a button down open over the top, and her hair is in this twisty half-up style but then it’s actually completely up because another scrunchie is added to the bottom. Dang, how do you describe that? And as you may recall, Toby’s mom the talent agent discovers TERRI because Terri is hot and humble.

Spinner is telling some stupid joke or something in this yellow tee that says in proper 2000s fashion “Your girlfriend thinks I’m HOT”. He also wears his hair in the typical Spinner spiky ‘do.

Spike wears frosty eyeshadow, hoop earings, kinda of slicked down hair, a rusty colored v-neck tee, a cross body bag, and what looks like a denim skirt. Then she just stands by while an adult man (Tracker) chews Emma out. That was kinda weird.

Well, once again, Snake’s style is terribly boring compared to his high school days. So here he is in some blah dark colors, completely masking how interesting he might be.

Our modern-day… wait this isn’t modern anymore. Um, our 2000s version of the greaser is back, with his jean jacket and gelled hair. Under this everyday jean jacket, he wears tees… sometimes black, sometimes white.
