I feel like one of Jimmy’s best moments is seeing how protective he is, and respectful he is, of Terri. He’s seen in a tee, a polo, a navy jacket, jeans, and white tennis shoes. You know, I would have been interested to see Jimmy’s reaction after seeing Terri on the ground as well.

Even though this is of course, a normal-length episode, it’s a short episode for a fashion review. Only a handful of characters and one outfit change. So, we wrap things up with Toby, who gets an interesting part in an episode for once. He wears a long sleeve tee featuring a horizontal chest stripe, a brownish Northface looking jacket, baggy jeans, and rocks that middle part. He returns to school a little prouder, in a burgundy tee.

JT is overjoyed to pass the burden of being Liberty’s crushee on to Sean Cameron. He’s still rocking the shaggy-haired bed-head look like many of the other dudes. His attire is also the standard JT formula of an open shirt over a tee, in less exciting colors than his grade 7 days, and a necklace. I do want to draw attention to the short sleeves layered over long sleeves, another trend which I do not see these days. As I always say, getting old is suddenly realizing certain things aren’t cool anymore.

We conclude part 1of this episode with Toby, who, strangely is the same age as Manny, yet can’t even fathom the adult problems she’s going through. He does have his own problems, however. Everyone is ascending into ultimate coolness and leaving him behind. He wears a blue polo, then a yellow tee with a horizontal chest stripe, and then a red polo. You may remember this is the episode where he tries to hack into the computer system to change Jimmy’s grade in exchange for an opportunity to hang out with the cool kids. In the US, this was a “SPECIAL” MINI EPISODE OMG SO COOL. What an interesting special! Turns out it’s because they removed the pregnancy storyline for us because we can’t handle that.
