First, Jimmy wears a red long sleeve, a windbreaker vest, baggy jeans, and white shoes. On his birthday, he wears a navy and grey sweater. I also threw in a picture of a picture of Jimmy in a blue jersey. He actually seems like a really good boyfriend. And finally, he gets un-broken-up-with in another dark sweater, with the tee underneath peeping out. Not much to write about in terms of individual pieces, but Jimmy’s overall silhouette is really cool imo – baggy and sporty. And as I’ve said before, I think anything baggy is already cool, lol.

Oh man, here we are! The episode where Emma suffers PMS and starts her period, woo-hoo! First, she’s actually sporting the criss-cross part in her hair, and wearing a shirt with a horse and clouds on it, and a big chunky watch. I mean, it’s really kind of sad to sit and analyze this outfit. This is the outfit of a sweet carefree child. She’s about to cross that threshold into raging PMS, pain in the boobs, back, head, abdomen, and managing difficult bloodflow for the next few decades. I know Paige’s message is “You’re still a kid, just with a mini-pad” but it’s still sad for a kid to have to do all these things. I’m more period-positive these days but when I was twelve, HELL NO, so I sympathize with Emma here. So yeah she’s PMSing, so Spike takes her shopping, and Emma gets this new turtleneck sweater of brown, green, and blue horizontal stripes. She wears it with a khaki miniskirt. And come to think of it, I think this is the first time we’ve seen her wear something so womanly. Regardless, it gets destroyed in a puddle of blood and she’s then forced to wear XXL gym shorts to deliver an oral report. But she reports to school the next day with grace and dignity in a tan jacket and black pants. Thanks for the advice, Paige.

New episode!! This is a great one. Emma becomes a woman and Ashley grows tired of Jimmy. First Ash wears, what is this? a duster sweater thing? with a matching blue top and khaki pants. I can practically feel the physical discomfort of wearing khakis as I look at this. She embarks on her school day with her old faithfuls too – the half-ponytail and the cross body bag. The next day, as her “I actually hate Jimmy” secret has become known to Toby, she genuinely is dressed suspiciously – like she’s hiding something. She wears a drab hoodie all zipped up to hide her actual outfit. And finally, for our final outfit, the deed has been done. Ashley dumped Jimmy’s ass. She wears a cowl-neck sweater (I love her in red), a headband, and I got you a closeup of her red nails too. And don’t worry, in case you forgot, the breakup didn’t last long. I remember how it feels to suddenly be repulsed by your boyfriend. Thank goodness it’s different when you’re married I guess, because I don’t feel suddenly repulsed by my husband.

First Terri is showing off her heirloom locket. She’s wearing what looks like a black polo. Then, after floor hockey, she’s covered up as much as possible, in a hoodie and basketball shorts. Then, we see her in a sleeveless hoodie. She sports the unfinished ponytail hairstyle throughout.

Snake is just wearing his plain old wardrobe of murky colors. Not much to say here at the moment. I’m starting to realize Snake’s attire will never be as dazzling as it was in past posts, but we’ll just have to settle for the fact that it’s simply, good to see him. Good to keep seeing him.

Is it funny that Paige’s outfit color scheme makes me think of chocolate milk? Hilarious, because she ends up with thick chocolate milk all over her face. She too has gotten her hands on a crimper, and she’s even crimped the little face-framing tendrils. She wears her hair half back, but then puts on a headband too for good measure of something. And some hoop earrings to complete the look. But I also threw in her little floor hockey getup of a cropped hoodie and shortie shorts.

Mr. Kerwin the Family Abandoner shows up for once. He wears a lot of tan. Not a lot of color. And those tiny thin-rimmed sunglasses. Let’s break away from fashion for a moment and discuss Mr. Kerwin for a second. “I had to find myself Ash, even if it meant hurting you and your mother. It’s not wrong.” What do you guys think? I’m all for living your life for YOU, but at the same time, like, don’t make the initial commitment if you aren’t 100% in. Because like, a wife and child aren’t things you can just easily back out of. But like, I know people can change and evolve, but DAMN it’s just so cold to just say “I had to hurt you guys, for my own sake.” Idk idk y’all. I’ve never been a gay man in a hetero marriage so I can’t relate.
