JT is giving me watermelon vibes in this admittedly extra ensemble of a lime green tee, a red patterened Hawaiian shirt, a chain, and a backwards hat with like, stickers or patches all over it. Then he’s seen here in class in a blue tee. And lastly, another open shirt over a red tee, accessorized with spiked hair and his chain.

Jimmy wears sweatpants, white shoes, and a grey long sleeve tee. So effortlessly cool. Plus his goodness of character is really starting to show. Next he’s in a bluish checkered button down, sweatband around his wrist as always. And finally he’s in an olive-green tee and red backpack.

Love early Ellie! Where to start? Well this is the episode where she is still big time crushing on Marco but nothing has progressed, so she’s trying to figure out her next move. She wears headbanded, crimped updos, many little hoop earrings, and cool makeup of course. The first ensemble is red and black, including a dog collar and a spiky necklace, a diy-looking shirt over mesh long sleeves. She also wears this gigantic grommet belt. At the movies, I grabbed a closeup of her ring and bracelet. And the next school day, she wears a pleated plaid skirt and that tank with a floral British flag print on it. And I think it’s all atop some flare pants, because those don’t look like leggings. And the final look is a pink and green button down under a black tank. I love how she incorporates unassuming colors. Actually, this shirt looks SO familiar, like maybe someone else has worn it? Maybe Paige? I don’t know.

Dr. Sally makes her grand return to Degrassi!!! She wears an oversized green shirt, unbuttoned over a white tee and black slacks. I mean, there’s not much else to say about the ‘fit, but Dr. Sally is awesome.

We must enjoy these moments, these moments of Ashley’s most elegant phase. She stands tall, a goth in platforms, hovering over all in both stature and grace. She wears her hair short and red, many earrings, dark makeup, and first a webbed/netted long sleeve top (black, of course). The next top is a scoop neck, 3/4-length sleeve top – this time the sleeves are composed of a finer mesh. She accessorizes with a chunky bracelet, and wears a pencil skirt with lacing down the leg, opaque rights, and what look like Mary Jane shoes. This was completely my cup of tea in high school.

I really love this little scene with Tracker, because he’s literally looking at a centerfold and dangling it behind Emma’s back, trying to distract Sean from a serious conversation. Anyway, he’s looking cool as hell, like usual, with scruffy hair, leather, and denim.

I could roll my eyes at Spike and Snake’s junior-high behavior surrounding their wedding all day. But I’ll try instead to focus on the fashion. First she’s hugging Caitlin in whatever she had on last time. Then, she wears a very oversized tee that says “Indy 500” on it, and some flare jeans. When she changes for her wedding reception, she wears like, an off-white shawl that is so huge it completely covers whatever beautiful dress she must be wearing under there. That was something that always bothered me about shawls and the like. She also has flowers in her hair and like, despite this being her wedding, kind of looks the way she always looks.

First Snake is at his stag party in a grey button down and jeans, also wearing a “ball and chain”, hah. And then, when Emma comes to stir the pot, Snake’s shirt is unbuttoned and he’s clearly been romantically accosted. Oh, and I see what they did here. They kept him in the same exact outfit for the next day to show how distressing all this has been. The only thing that’s changed is he’s wiped the stripper’s lipstick off his face and rolled up his sleeves in anger. Ugh, I hate this little storyline, why do they have to be fighting and crap? Anyway, so this outfit with stripper DNA still on it, is what Snake gets married in. He changes to a full tux for the reception though. As much as their wedding and the leadup disappoint me, it is a perfect representation of the fact that things in life don’t turn out the way they should, even the most “important” moments. Not to get personal, but my own wedding went terribly and left my parents not speaking to me, literally at all, for a year. My stuff was in the front yard when I came back from my honeymoon. Very rarely do things turn out like a storybook – whether it’s prom, graduation, college, relationships, marriage, getting a house, having a family, all that. But it’s okay; we make it anyway, don’t we?
