Ah yes, it’s time for more sad adult Joey. And he’s even sadder than normal, because his used car lot is going down the toilet. This is where Craig takes it upon himself to summon Joey’s ex girlfriend Sydney, a realtor, to sell the house in hopes of keeping the family afloat. So stupid, what high school kid would do that? Sydney isn’t even a home realtor. Eyeroll. First, Joey is in a suit, and next, he’s in a v-neck tee and jeans. His style is just so… barren. Like his life.

Sure Spinner was involved but, is this whole prank not 100% Jay’s idea? This is his worst moment. He’s not a good guy, let’s be real. But it’s amazing how much we all love him. And amazing how he turned out okay – wtf?! Anyway, he’s wearing more athletic-inspired extra-baggy attire, complete with the backwards hat, shades, and headphones. I still wonder what he’s listening to.

Emma seems to be going through something. An identity transition. Coming out the other side of gonorrhea and Chris, changing up her style a little bit, but not really making waves so far. Apparently she’s super smart now because she’s on the trivia team. But yeah she’s got curled hair, these 90s bangs, and wears half-zipped zip up hoodies with miniskirts. She’s kinda left the hippie theme behind for the moment.

It’s probably a little late to add “Exposed Boxers” to my trends list here on the blog, ah well. Okay so Craig is sick, and here we see him in his PJ pants and a ringer tee. Then the next day, Joey is being so insufferable that Craig decides to throw on some clothes and escape to his violent school.

Oh hey, Caitlin made an appearance! If I remember correctly, she made a surprise trip back to Toronto. She’s got a pixie cut and a brassy brown dye job. She looks to be wearing a white linen shirt and some sort of woven bag to show how well-traveled she is now.

My god, that happened fast. Honestly I guess I didn’t really ever think about the fact that the shooting episode is only the 6th one of the season. Brutal, heavy, and hard. These next many posts are gonna be a doozy. But despite the subject matter, we are here to keep things light and talk about clothing. And we get to kick off with Alex. Her hair is just a’growin but she still dresses the same – tanks, crossbody bag, headphones, low-rise baggy pants, hoops, and those sunnies tucked into the front of her shirt.

Toby is definitely giving off vibes of wisdom in this episode. Toby is confident in who he is, yet he knows his place. It’s a stark contrast to starry-eyed Rick who thinks anything is freaking possible for some unknown reason. Toby’s self-awareness is actually probably part of what gets him way more kisses in the kissing contest. Toby dresses comfortably – kind of nerdy but also kind of normal. It’s a very balanced style. Polos, baggy jeans, glasses, etc. But the spiked hair makes him seem just a little less nerdy. As if to suggest “I’m a nerd by choice but I don’t have to be”.
Side note, this little kiss-collecting competition reminds me of one my friend and I had in grade 7. We started taking a poll – I think we either asked everyone “which one of us is prettier” or “which one of us do you like better”. Sadly my friend was widely disliked so I won by a landslide, and she was shocked and surprised by it. I am historically friends with extra annoying or very disliked people. I don’t know what that’s about, but it’s worked out fine.

Ew, it’s Gross Spinner, Worst Version of Spinner Ever Time. Sorry guys, sometimes I get biased even though I try to only report the truth. But seriously, this version of Spinner makes me so angry and disgusted. Fashion-wise, though, he doesn’t really do anything different. He’s got that long unwashed hair, his man necklace, jeans, and baggy tees. However, something different you may notice is that SMUG LOOK on his face, and that leftover sunburn that leaves him looking extra crusty. You know what though? It’s hard to tell what SPINNER really wants in this episode. He’s hard to read. Like, do you love Paige (flowers) or do you hate her (taunting her at work)? Do you want Manny, Paige, both, neither?
