Ah yes, JT’s shining moment. I wonder if Ryan Cooley felt that the writers constantly abused JT. Anyway so he’s got a major confidence problem because everyone sees his peenie and it’s small. Gosh, at least he seems to have gotten a haircut. Anyway, first he’s in swim trunks, a necklace, and some shades. At school he’s got a really preppy look of layered collared shirts. Next, in gym, he’s talking about Craig in blue shorts and a tee. Oh and sorry to show you a picture of JT tinkling, but it’s a full outfit shot and we don’t get very many of those. Long sleeve shirts under short sleeve shirts for the win. As well as the wide leg jeans. I’ve also included a nice shot of the King Cobra Penis Pump. Ew, okay, and the lovemaking outfit in the bedroom, complete with the mustache sweat, is like the worst thing ever. It’s hilarious but also makes me feel so embarrassed for JT. He’s got this breezy buttondown halfway undone, exposing his chest. loool. And the sex thing doesn’t go well if you recall – so the next outfit is here at school and it’s just so sad, he’s got a ton of flowers to say “sorry you saw me using a strange genital contraption”, with a plaid button down over an athletic-inspired tee, and casual khakis. Ouch, it is just painful. I gotta say though I kinda like most of JT’s style this episode. I don’t love it as much as early JT, but it is super realistic for the time period.

Idk why but I guess I like when Jay actually walks the walk and does something crazy. Not saying I condone violence, but since this is a fictional tale, can I say he is kind of a badass? He wears a mechanic-looking jacket, a backwards hat, a chain necklace, baggy pants, and bulky Nikes (or something similar). Also, he tries on Rick’s glasses… ohh he looks funny.

Hazel is just a bystander like always. Hey, I’m curious – how DOES she feel about the whole Rick situation? She seems to be a bit of a bandwagoner here. Anyway, the first Hazel outfit is great – I LOVE this orange color on her. The next outfit is this 3/4 sleeve tee with diagonal striping. And lastly, she’s wearing a ponytail which we don’t too often see! she’s got a cute white blouse with ruffles the tie detailing.

Emma is still all Lululemon-chic in this first shot of an olive tank. Then she’s in a zipup top with a cami underneath, and I believe a jean skirt. The next outfit is a baby blue tank and low-rise jeans. Oh yeah, and also some Vans, which she uses to trip Rick. I gotta say, Vans circled back around QUICK with even greater popularity right now. And the final outfit is more lulu in more green.

Oh yeah, I remember that Ellie is kinda questioning this ribbon campaign. There’s a lot to unpack there. She and Sean were like “Um no thanks.” It’s hard to say why. I mean, I guess they both thought it was better to simply not engage, to not get involved. Emma and friends were, seemingly, about REVENGE. And Sean and Ellie probably would have just been more content to ignore Rick’s existence. Then again, they weren’t close to Terri and probably weren’t privy to the whole story of her relationship to Rick. But… neither was Emma.

Oh, right, fashion. Ellie has these cute little hair clips and a side part. As someone who is her age, I feel like those weren’t cool at the time necessarily. Because that’s exactly how we’d wear our hair in elementary school in the 90s. So why would we do this in high school? These clips are exactly what I did when I was growing my bangs out in 2nd grade, ya know? However, I do like this, I do think it’s cute, and it has risen to become a modern trend – partly thanks to the e-girl aesthetic. So technically Ellie was way ahead of her time. She also wears her red collar and a chain necklace, and some dark striped top.

Oh this is the penis envy episode, JT vs Craig. Hilarious! First, Craig is wearing camo, which is weird. We actually don’t see a lot of camo at Degrassi, do we? Anyway, he’s got a camo tee and a jean jacket. Then I threw in this towel pic for no good reason. We don’t see Craig shirtless very much at all. Actually, we don’t see most people in swimsuits or anything very much. Maybe it’s because Canadian summer is 2 months long at most. My summer is 8 months long soooo I’m a little jealous. Anyway, the final outfit is loose-fitting jeans, worn-out Chucks, and a tee and his jean jacket.

Oh, right! I forgot Chris was mean to Rick! lol. Sit somewhere else! Chris is wearing an oversized dark wash jean jacket, a blue tee, a backwards newsboy hat, and giant headphones.

We are in this new episode, Mercy Street, which should really be called Merciless Street. Alex is stoked to be able to jump on the bully bandwagon. First she’s in a black ribbed tank. The next outfit is just… horrible? Or is it awesome? Monochromatic af in baggy casual khakis and a brown tank. And finally, a white tank and some work pants. Each ‘fit comes accessorized with exposed bra straps, big hoops, crossbody bag, and sunglasses tucked into her shirt throughout.
