Ah, this is a great Manny outfit. A sexy velour tracksuit, square hoop earrings, and one of these newsboy hats.

Ashley is wearing a jean jacket, a jean skirt, and a band tee. And hello, yes, I would like you to know I am such a sleuth I was able to figure out what shirt this is. Bob Seger, American Storm. You’re welcome. And lastly, Ashley’s hair is very texturized and very much flipped out. I think I always struggled with accepting this hairdo because I feel like by 2003 people weren’t flipping their hair out anymore. Maybe I’m wrong. They were definitely still putting product in it to make it look as crunchy as possible, so that’s on point.

Marco wears a halfway-unbuttoned shirt that looks like, acid washed? His hair is just, like, doing its own thing. I guess he’s growing it out. He wears an earring stud and a necklace. His jeans are flared and he’s wearing soccer shoes.

New sexy Manny has gotten everything she ever wanted. Sully… and then Craig. The first ‘fit is like, gosh what do you call this? It’s like a track suit, but it’s cropped – shorty shorts and a matching cropped zip up hoodie.. complete with a fuzzy hat, hoop earrings, and white tennies. Then she wears an athletic-inspired cropped tank that looks like it says “SUPER” on it, with low-rise jeans and her hair pulled half-back. Then, her sex-having outfit is a pink long sleeve shirt tied up at the waist, with low-rise flares. And she just, goes for it. It seems kind of sudden, don’t you think? The fact that they did it? Idk, adults be like that but usually teenagers, like, work their way up to that step, ya know? And finally, we are back at school and Manny is a new woman. Isn’t it weird that she doesn’t tell Emma she had sex? That’s also kind of out of character for a teen engaging in such activities. But anyway, I love this outfit. It’s a one-shoulder sunset looking top with a jean skirt.

Emma has taken a backseat to Manny’s plot for now. She wears a middle part and a raglan-style tank with some low-rise jeans and hippie necklaces. We also see her in a tee peeking out the window at the Zit Remedy. And finally, at school she wears a sky blue short sleeve over a white long sleeve.

Welcome to episode 7. Wow, a whole lotta Ash today. Starting off, I wanted to show that chunky grommeted belt. Such accessories used to be crucial. Craig was hoping to remove that grey raglan style shirt with silky details but wasn’t so lucky, being that he hasn’t dropped the “L” word yet. She is then at school wearing a green jacket and some punk rock shirt. What do you guys think of her hair? I’m not really sure myself. Anyway, next we are in her kitchen. Check that bracelet. And there’s I guess a 2000s mom apron. Oh yeah, she tries to break up with Craig right there. Anyway, then we go back to school and she’s wearing this shirt that looks like some adult who was instructed to “dress her like she’s a rocker girl” picked out. This silhouette is a perfect illustration of a classic 2000s casual look. Tight fitting tee and looser fitting, low-rise pants with a fat belt. I also like that her bracelet/arm band is subtle yet adds so much. Ah yes, I also had to get a look at the shimmery nail polish. And, finally, as for this party outfit, I really don’t know what to say. It’s nothing Ashley would ever wear. I don’t think I like it. I’m not sure if it’s the tulle(?) poofy sleeves, the fact that tulle is incorporated with a t-shirt, or if it’s this color. Or if it’s the fact that tulle is incorporated with a grommeted belt. Or if it’s the fact that there are ruffles both at the end of the sleeves and around the collar. Idk man, what do you guys think of this shirt?

Paige is generous enough to allow JT to hang, and even laughs at his jokes. She wears a tight blue shirt, black capris, and black platform mules. Then, she’s in the caf in an amazing pink jean jacket.

Liberty, the object of JT’s subconscious desire, is seen around school in her usual overalls and shades of red. But in JT’s dreams, she wears her hair down and adorned with a flower, and a yellow halter tropical dress. Oooh, Riberty!

Haha, I went crazy with the Jay screenshotting. I got excited, okay?! This is a thrilling episode for me. I LOVE this baggy clothes, backwards-hat vibe. First, I wanted to feature his car, because that IS fashion in a way. He is wearing a black windbreaker, a blue tee, a cross body bag, headphones around his neck, cool shades, big fat tennis shoes, and a backwards hat. The next ‘fit is basically the same thing but all black this time, with a red v-neck collar. And lastly, all black for real.

It sounds sarcastic when I say it, but I can’t believe a character SO COOL appeared in a show as historically dorky as Degrassi. I say that with affection, okay? I’m the one who’s been blogging about this dorky show for 6 years.

The beginning of the second end, of Sean and Emma. Weird relationship, don’t really approve of it myself. But in terms of style, you reeeeeaaally are starting to see the separation between the two, as their styles completely clash, reflecting their completely different interests and lifestyles. Look, I’m not trying to say people of different subcultures can’t have a healthy relationship, but you gotta admit that a hippie dating a gangster is a stretch. First Emma wears a burgundy blouse, khaki capris, and cream colored sneakers. Next she cleans the ravine in a blue tie-dye tank and more khakis. I was just mentioning to one of my zoomer coworkers that we all used to wear khakis casually, and she was like, whaaaa? Next is her school picture, which is kinda sad, because it’s like a kind gesture that’s about to get crumpled up. Anyway she’s wearing a pinkish tee with a mandala on it. And finally, Emma is signing the picture and trying to give it to Sean, wearing her floor-length purse, a jean skirt, and a white peasant top.
